Analytical reagent grade of commerce.

A volatile, flammable liquid; boiling point, about 56°; weight per  ml, about 0.79  g.

Complies with the following test.

Water Not more than 0.3% w/w, Appendix IX C, using anhydrous pyridine as the solvent.
