Acetic Acid, Anhydrous Anhydrous glacial acetic acid; C2H4O2  =  60.1 (64-19-7)

Glacial acetic acid of commerce for use in non-aqueous titrations containing not less than 99.6% w/w of C2H4O2 . bp2010_v4_02_02_appendix_i_1a_a d_20_20.png, 1.0152 to 1.053; boiling point, 117° to 119°.

Complies with the following test.

Water Not more than 0.4% w/w, Appendix IX C. If the water content is greater than 0.4% it may be adjusted by adding the calculated amount of acetic anhydride .

Store protected from light.
