Saline pH 7.4, Phosphate-buffered

Saline pH 7.4, Phosphate-buffered Dissolve 2.38 g of disodium hydrogen phosphate R, 0.19 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate R and 8.0 g of sodium chloride R in water. Dilute to 1000.0 mL with the same solvent. Adjust the pH (2.2.3) if necessary.
