Buffer Solution pH 7.4 Dissolve 0.6 g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate R, 6.4 g of disodium hydrogen phosphate R and 5.85 g of sodium chloride R in water R, and dilute to 1000.0 mL with the same solvent. Adjust the pH (2.2.3) if necessary.
