Buffer Solution pH 7.2

Buffer Solution pH 7.2 To 250.0 mL of 0.2 M potassium dihydrogen phosphate R add 175.0 mL of 0.2 M sodium hydroxide. Dilute to 1000.0 mL with water R. Adjust the pH (2.2.3) if necessary.
