Sulfomolybdic Reagent R3 Sulphomolybdic reagent R3

Dissolve, with heating, 2.5 g of ammonium molybdate in 20 mL of water. Separately, with care, add 28 mL of sulfuric acid to 50 mL of water and cool. Mix the two solutions and dilute to 100 mL with water.

Store in a polyethylene container.
