Appendix I A. General Reagents

Silica Gel for Chromatography, Aminopropylsilyl

Liquid chromatographic reagent grade of commerce.

A silica gel with a fine particle size (3 to 10 µm) the surface of which has been modified by chemically bonding aminopropylsilyl groups. The particle size is indicated after the name of the reagent in tests where it is used.
