Derivative Type: Hemihydrate
Properties: Platelets, slowly affected by light, stable to air. One gram dissolves in about 2 ml water. Slightly sol in alcohol. Insol in ether, chloroform. pH of 1:20 aq soln 6.5. Keep tryparsamide in tight containers, preferably at a temp not above 20° and protected from light.
