合成路线图解说明: A new synthesis of AS-101 has been reported: By reaction of tellurium tetrachloride (I) with ethylene glycol (II) and ammonium chloride (III) at 80 C. A mechanism for the unusual synthesis in refluxing acetonitrile, reported previously in the original monograph, is also suggested.
