合成路线图解说明: The condensation of methyl 2-phenyldiazoacetate (I) 1-(with tert-butoxycarbonyl)piperidine (II) by means of the chiral catalyst Ru2(5R-MEPY)4 gives the threo isomer (III) with a 69% e.e. purity, which by two crystallizations in ethanol/ethyl ether raised up to >95% e.e. purity. Finally, this compound is deprotected as usual. The chiral catalyst Rh2(S-DOSP)4 has also been used for this synthesis.
