合成路线图解说明: The known benzazepinone (I) was reacted with dimethylformamide dimethylacetal in DMF to furnish enamino ketone (II). Subsequent cyclization of (II) with guanidine in the presence of sodium methoxide produced the title pyrimido-benzazepine.
