合成路线图解说明: The known indolopyrrolocarbazole (I) was protected as the bis-Boc derivative (II) upon treatment with Boc2O and NaH in DMF. Alkylation of (II) with ethyl iodide in the presence of NaH furnished the mono-ethyl compound (III), which was finally deprotected by means of HCl in EtOAc.
