Buffer Solution pH 5.5

Buffer Solution pH 5.5 Dissolve 54.4 g of sodium acetate R in 50 ml of water R, heating to 35  °C if necessary. After cooling, slowly add 10 ml of anhydrous acetic acid R. Shake and dilute to 100.0 ml with water R.
