Sulphuric Acid, Ethanolic Solutions of the requisite molarity may be obtained by mixing sulphuric acid with ethanol (96%) as directed under sulphuric acid .
When ' ethanolic sulphuric acid' is followed by a percentage figure, an instruction to use sulphuric acid diluted with ethanol (96%) to produce the specified percentage v/v proportion of sulphuric acid is implied.
